Spectre Stacks
Privacy Policy
Effective: September 2, 2026 · Last updated: September 2, 2026
Information you provide
Spectre Stacks receives the contact, company, website, service-interest, phone, and message information you choose to submit through forms, email, or phone. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, or sensitive account credentials through a public form.
Measurement and session tools
The site uses Google Tag Manager to govern measurement tags, Google Analytics 4 to understand site and conversion activity, Microsoft Clarity for masked session recordings and heatmaps, and Complianz for consent and opt-out controls. These tools may process page URLs, device and browser information, approximate location derived by providers, referral and campaign parameters, cookie or local-storage identifiers, and interactions such as page views, calls, email links, approved calls to action, form starts, errors, and confirmed submissions.
Form privacy and masking
WPForms processes inquiry and review requests. Form fields are masked from Clarity recordings, and personally identifiable form values are not intentionally sent to GA4, GTM, or Clarity. Source, referrer, landing-page, service-interest, UTM, and advertising click identifiers may be retained to understand how an inquiry arrived, subject to the selected consent state and platform support.
Service providers
The site is hosted through Hostinger and runs WordPress with Elementor, WPForms, Yoast SEO, LiteSpeed Cache, and Complianz. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Bing Webmaster Tools when configured, and Gmail delivery support measurement, site management, diagnostics, and inquiry handling. Each provider applies its own policies and retention controls.
Consent, cookies, and local storage
Where the consent interface applies, analytics storage and related measurement behavior follow the visitor’s selection. Necessary storage may still be used for security, form operation, preferences, and site delivery. Visitors can revisit the opt-out preferences link in the footer.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, prepare a requested review or proposal, operate and secure the website, diagnose failures, prevent spam, understand acquisition performance, and maintain business records.
Retention
Records are retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, operational continuity, dispute prevention, or applicable obligations. Provider-level retention follows the settings actually available in each service and may differ by data type.
Sale and disclosure
Spectre Stacks does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers that operate the site and inquiry workflow, when required by law, or when needed to protect the site and its users.
Your choices
You may use the consent or opt-out controls when shown and may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held by Spectre Stacks, subject to verification and any legitimate retention requirement.
Contact
Privacy requests may be sent to SpectreStack@gmail.com or by mail to Spectre Stacks, 927 Fariston Drive, Drexel Hill, PA 19026.
