Production case studies
Different businesses need different work. Explore Google Ads and acquisition projects alongside website design, development and local-service structure. Each example is presented for its actual scope; website delivery is not treated as an advertising result, and a tracked conversion is not automatically a sale.
Across two client programs
Google Ads spend managed, as of 2026-09-30.
Platform-reported conversions across all client accounts, as of 2026-10-08.
Across two separate client companies.
Platform-reported costs per conversion across the two accounts, on three-plus web properties.
Aggregate proof figures. The conversions total is across all client accounts as of 2026-10-08. Platform-reported conversion and cost figures are not presented as sales, revenue, qualified leads, or guaranteed future performance.
Flagship client program 01
A retained event-rental program connecting paid-search governance, website experience, quote paths, service and location architecture, hosting, and production QA.

A multi-state event-rental company with a broad catalog, seasonal demand, varied event intent, and time-sensitive quote paths.
Campaign structure, search terms, landing destinations, service geography, calls, forms, and ongoing website operations had to remain aligned as inventory and demand changed.
Google Ads account and query governance, campaign and ad-group structure, negative keywords, bidding and budget review, final URLs, landing-page alignment, conversion tracking, quote paths, hosting, and controlled production changes.
For this public case study, Party Pros is a flagship single-primary-paid-funnel program. Phone and form paths, service/location architecture, and ongoing digital management are evaluated together.
A functioning public acquisition and quote environment supporting a large catalog and broad service footprint, with changes evaluated through platform signals, conversion-path QA, and operational fit.
PartyRentalPhiladelphia.com is a planned future second-site acquisition expansion. It is not presented as a completed multi-domain paid funnel.
Flagship client program 02
A multi-domain, multi-funnel flagship program (March 2025–April 2026), connecting paid acquisition, cross-domain measurement, service and city architecture, indexation decisions, conversion paths, and technical operations.

A local-service company with broad service coverage, city-and-service search demand, more than one web property, and different routes from discovery to inquiry.
Cross-domain content, campaign destinations, city and service overlap, indexation choices, and separate phone and form conversion paths needed one governed architecture.
Cross-domain GA4/GTM measurement, Google Ads attribution across the acquisition chain, campaign-to-domain routing, final URL governance, separate phone and form paths, technical/local SEO, AEO, internal linking, migration and consolidation decisions, mobile refinement, hosting, and ongoing technical operations.
Angelo’s was a multi-domain, multi-funnel flagship program. Paid and organic discovery route into distinct pages and conversion paths while measurement and ownership remain coordinated.
A current public local-service environment with visible service, service-area, project, review, and direct conversion paths, supported by controlled indexation and measurement decisions.
Platform attribution is not treated as proof of sales or revenue. Client-sensitive values remain private unless a durable source and public approval support them.

To Whom It May Concern:
I’m happy to recommend Tim Weir for the work he did for my company, Angelo’s Cleaning, from March 2025 through April 2026.
I own a carpet, hard floor, and ductwork cleaning business, and getting our services in front of the right customers online is extremely important. Tim helped us with our SEO and, in particular, set up our Pay-Per-Click advertising. He took the time to understand our business and what we were trying to accomplish instead of just taking a cookie-cutter approach.
What I appreciated most about working with Tim was that he was dependable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing a good job. He was always willing to explain things when I had questions and made the whole process of online advertising much easier for me to understand. I could rely on him to handle the technical side while keeping our business and our customers in mind.
Running a small business keeps me busy, so having someone I could trust to take care of our SEO and PPC was a big help. Tim was professional, responsive, and easy to work with, and I was very pleased with the effort he put into helping our business improve its online presence.
I would definitely recommend Tim to another business owner who needs help with SEO, Google advertising, or digital marketing. I enjoyed working with him and would be happy to recommend him based on my experience.
If you would like any additional information about Tim or the work he did for Angelo’s Cleaning, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Angelo Pagnotti

Featured website transformation
A new look—with the service structure to support it.

A landscaping website has to do more than show an attractive lawn. Visitors need to recognize the service they need, check the area covered, and find a practical way to explain their property and request an estimate.
For Worthy Landscaping, the work connects a refreshed public website with the service, location, and technical structure behind it. The current presentation brings lawn care, cleanups, landscape improvements, and seasonal work together without asking visitors to navigate the entire business at once.
The homepage puts the service offering and estimate path into a clear sequence. Real client-site imagery supplies visual context; service navigation helps visitors choose where to go; and call, text, and online-request options accommodate different ways of starting a conversation.
The phone experience is part of that design, not a smaller copy of the desktop layout. Navigation, content order, imagery, and calls to action are arranged for narrow screens.
Service overviews, regional hubs, and location-specific pages give visitors different entry points into the same website. Someone exploring cleanup work in King of Prussia can understand that service, find related help, and return to the estimate path without losing the thread.
The regional structure connects Montgomery County, Delaware County, Chester County, and the Main Line without treating a long place-name list as proof of search performance.
WordPress and Elementor provide reusable page patterns and a consistent presentation across service and location content. The documented modernization included content, headings, metadata, internal links, imagery, and responsive layout work while preserving existing page identities and URLs.
The wider engagement has included migration, hosting, image optimization, form and email support, and ongoing maintenance. Those responsibilities support the website as an operating business asset rather than a one-time design file.

What the project demonstrates: a refreshed, mobile-focused local-service website with connected navigation, visible project imagery, and clear routes from service interest to an estimate request.
More client work
Public website and content-system work retained as supporting evidence with scope described conservatively.
Archived / limited evidence. Historical work should not be confused with the unrelated current public-domain state.
How to read the evidence
Reported metrics belong to the stated account, time period and measurement definition. Advertising-platform conversions can include attribution credits and are not automatically unique people, qualified inquiries, booked work or revenue.
Changes in website structure and presentation describe delivered work; they do not by themselves prove ranking or sales gains. Aggregate portfolio totals are not assigned to one client unless source records support that mapping.
Client comments are attributed to their original source and date. Examples from one engagement are not a guarantee for another business. Private data stays controlled and redacted.
Spectre Stacks preserves baselines, source evidence, change records, test results, and known limitations so public claims remain traceable. Dates and metrics are never copied across clients.
