This site provides general information about Spectre Stacks, its services, operating framework, and selected work. It is not legal, financial, security, or regulatory advice.

Inquiries and proposals

Submitting a form, sending an email, requesting a review, or discussing a project does not create a client relationship. Work begins only under an accepted written scope or agreement.

No guaranteed results

Spectre Stacks does not guarantee rankings, leads, advertising cost, platform approval, revenue, return on ad spend, uptime, or a specific business result. Outcomes depend on market conditions, budget, offers, competition, platform policies, customer response, data quality, and factors outside Spectre Stacks’ control.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate content, lawful permissions, timely approvals, required access, and truthful business information. Credentials and sensitive information should be shared only through an agreed secure method.

Third-party platforms

Google, Microsoft, WordPress, hosting companies, plugins, advertising networks, social platforms, and other providers control their own products, policies, availability, billing, and approval decisions. Their services may change independently.

Intellectual property

Spectre Stacks owns its site content, visual system, marks, and original materials except for client, provider, or third-party material identified or used with permission. Project ownership and licenses are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use forms for unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes.
