Primary acquisition specialty

Google Ads strategy and management for service businesses.

Advertising should be understandable: which searches you are paying for, what the ads promise, where people land and which actions the account records. Spectre Stacks manages those details together so decisions are based on the business—not just an attractive dashboard.

Management scope for service businesses

This service is for businesses preparing to advertise, businesses that want closer management of an existing account, and owners who need a clearer explanation of spend, inquiries and measurement. A useful review can begin without assuming the current account is broken or that everything needs rebuilding.

Advertising spend is separate from management fees. Website projects, call-tracking tools and other software can carry separate charges and are included only when stated in the proposal. Ads management does not require buying a website rebuild.

Google Ads is the flagship specialty on this page. Spectre Stacks also manages Meta, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), and other ad platforms when they belong in the plan—ask if you need those channels too.

Fit and warning signs

Who needs disciplined Google Ads management—and what usually breaks first.

Businesses already investing in paid search—or preparing to—where high-intent demand, geographic overlap, seasonal pressure, broad services, or inconsistent lead quality make account structure and measurement consequential.

Mixed offers or regions

Campaigns mix different offers, regions, or buyer intent

Search terms without negatives

Search terms consume budget without a governed negative-keyword process

Conversions that don’t match real inquiries

Platform-reported conversions do not match useful inquiries

Ad promise vs. page message

Ads promise one thing while landing pages emphasize another

Budget changes without a review trail

Budgets, bidding, devices, schedules, or locations change without documented review

What Google Ads management can include

What ongoing Google Ads management covers

01 / Included

Account and conversion review

Examine the account's structure, settings, selected goals and conversion definitions. Determine whether the actions being reported reflect meaningful inquiries, secondary engagement or duplicates.

02 / Included

Campaign and keyword structure

Organize campaigns around offers, locations and search intent where that separation supports the business. Review keywords alongside actual search-term information when available.

03 / Included

Negative-keyword management

Review irrelevant searches and maintain exclusions with context—helping control unwanted demand without inadvertently blocking a relevant service.

04 / Included

Ads and assets

Develop clear messages tied to the service and the destination page. Keep claims, offers and contact information accurate.

05 / Included

Location, schedule and budget oversight

Review where and when the account can spend and how the budget is distributed. Media spend is not a management fee, and increasing spend is not the default answer to every performance issue.

06 / Included

Bidding and measurement alignment

Review the bidding approach against campaign goals, available measurement and business constraints. A conversion recorded by a platform is not automatically a qualified inquiry.

07 / Included

Landing-page alignment

Check that the page supports the message in the ad, answers relevant questions and makes the next step usable on mobile. Substantial copy, design or development work is scoped separately.

08 / Included

Reporting and continuing decisions

Explain what changed, what the available results show and what should be investigated next—without representing every tracked action as revenue.

Separate costs: Advertising media spend (paid to the platform, separate from management fees), website rebuilds, call-center operation, sales closing, and creative production beyond the agreed scope. Not guaranteed: We do not guarantee cost per click, lead volume, cost per lead, platform approval, rankings, or return.

How the engagement runs

How an ads engagement usually runs

  1. Establish access, goals, offers, geography, and conversion definitions
  2. Audit account structure, queries, pages, tracking, and lead quality
  3. Prioritize corrections and rebuild only what the evidence supports
  4. Launch controlled changes with documented QA
  5. Review search terms, pacing, signals, and lead feedback on an agreed cadence
When the project needs it, we also align the landing page, search language, conversion checks, and follow-up—without making those layers mandatory.

Buyer questions

Questions owners ask before we touch the account

Do I need a new website before you can manage Google Ads?

Not necessarily. We first consider the existing destination and inquiry path. A new website or redesign is a separate recommendation only when the business case supports it; it is not a mandatory add-on.

Do you guarantee leads or a particular cost per lead?

No. Demand, competition, budget, the offer, conversion measurement and the customer experience all affect results. We set clear objectives and explain the evidence without guaranteeing volume or returns.

Will I own the account?

Client account access and responsibility should remain clear. We document what is managed, who owns the relevant assets and how the engagement can be handed over.

Is an account review the same as fixing the account?

No. A review identifies findings and priorities within the agreed access and depth. Implementing changes is a separate or explicitly included paid scope.

Can my existing website provider stay involved?

Yes. We can define the landing-page or tracking changes needed and coordinate responsibilities. Moving your website or hosting is not a condition of Ads management.

Do you only manage Google Ads?

Google Ads is our primary specialty and the focus of this page. We also manage Meta, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), and other platforms when they fit. We do not pretend every channel has the same published case evidence—ask what you need, and we will say what belongs in scope.
